プライバシーポリシー（privacy policy）
当社は、競馬ブック会員様及びその他会員様の氏名や住所、メールアドレスのような個人を特定できる情報（個人情報）が、重要なプライバシー情報である事を認識し、個人情報の保護に関する法律その他関連法令・ガイドライン等を遵守して、個人情報を適正に取り扱うとともに、安全管理について適切な措置を講じます。
1. 個人情報の収集・利用・提供
当社は、個人情報の収集、利用及び提供を行う場合、それぞれの業務に応じた個人情報保護のための管理体制を確立すると共に、個人情報の収集、利用、提供において所定の規則に従い適切に取扱います。
2. 正確性・安全対策の実施
個人情報の正確性および安全性を確保するため、個人情報を正確かつ最新の内容に保つよう努めるとともに、個人情報への不正アクセス、個人情報の紛失、破壊、改ざん及び漏えい等の防止並びに是正に関し、適切な措置を講じます。
3. 法令及びその他規範を遵守
個人情報に関する法令及びその他の規範を遵守いたします。
4. 内部管理体制（コンプライアンス・プログラム）の策定及び継続的改善
当社は、役員及び従業員に個人情報保護の重要性を認識させ、個人情報を適切に保護するための個人情報保護コンプライアンス・プログラムを策定し、これを遵守し継続的な改善活動を行います。
5. 個人情報の第三者への開示・提供の禁止
当社は、お客さまよりお預かりした個人情報を適切に管理し、次のいずれかに概要する場合を除き、個人情報を第三者に開示いたしません。
・お客さまの同意がある場合
・お客さまが希望されるサービスを行うために当社が業務を委託する業者に対して開示する場合
・法令に基づき開示することが必要である場合

We recognize that a name or address of member and information (personal information) that can identify the individual such as the e-mail address are important privacy information, and we obey a law and other laws and ordinances guidelines to be related about the protection of the personal information and handle personal information properly and take appropriate measures about safety management.
1. Collection, the utilization, provision of the personal information
When we provide it with the collection utilization of the personal information, we establish a regime for personal information protection depending on each duty and handle it according to an appointed rule in the collection utilization and provision of the personal information appropriately.
2. The implementation of accuracy, safety measures
We strive to keep contents latest for accuracy of the personal information and the securing of safety measures. We take appropriate measures about prevention and the correction such as unjust access to personal information, loss of the personal information, destruction, falsification and the leak.
3. We obey laws and ordinances and other models
We obey laws and ordinances about the personal information and other models.
4. It is development and continuous improvement in an internal regime (compliance program)
We let an officer and an employee recognize importance of the personal information protection and devise personal information protection compliance program to protect personal information appropriately and I obey this and perform a continuous improvement activity.
5. Prohibition of disclosure and provision of personal information to third parties
We will properly manage the personal information entrusted to us by our customers, and will not disclose personal information to third parties except in the following cases.
・With customer consent
・When disclosing to a company outsourced by the Company in order to provide the service desired by the customer
・When it is necessary to disclose based on the decree

「競馬ブックSmart」アプリケーションプライバシーポリシー
このアプリケーションプライバシーポリシー（以下、「本プライバシーポリシー」といいます）は、株式会社競馬ブック（以下、「当社」といいます）が提供するスマートフォン用アプリケーション「競馬ブックSmart」（以下、「本アプリケーション」といいます）および本アプリケーションに関するサービス（以下、「本サービス」といいます） における利用者情報の取扱いを定めたものです

2. 取得するユーザー情報と目的
当社は、本アプリケーションの提供等にあたり、次の利用目的の達成に必要な範囲で下記に記載する利用者情報を本アプリケーション経由で自動的に取得およびお客様の手入力により登録していただき取得し、取扱います。
①OS・電話番号
取得方法：本アプリケーションによる自動取得。
利用目的：お客様を識別するため。
②メールアドレス・ケイバブックID
取得方法：お客様の入力による取得。
利用目的：お客様を識別するため。
3. 同意
本アプリケーションおよび本サービスは、本プライバシーポリシーをご確認いただき、内容をご理解したうえでご利用ください。本プライバシーポリシーは当社 Web ページに掲示されており、この掲示をもって公表したものとします。ご利用者は本アプリケーションをインストールする際または初回起動時に、本プライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
4. 外部送信
取得された情報のうち、利用する端末が動作確認済かを判断するためのものについては、当社の設置するサーバーに転送され、目的の範囲で使用されます。
7. 改定
本プライバシーポリシーは改定されることがあります。
当社は、当社の裁量に基づいて、本ポリシーを変更します。但し、取得するユーザー情報、利用目的、第三者提供に変更が発生した場合、本アプリケーションまたは当社のホームページで通知します。
